At Sharada Yoga Peeth we offer the yoga courses which are registered from the Yoga Alliance USA. Our class includes 100, 200, 300 and 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training. Our yoga master teaches yoga is such a way, so that students will easily understand the all aspects of yoga deeply. The duration of our courses is from four weeks to ten weeks. Our training is based on theoretical and practical so that that student will understand the yoga aspects in a deep way. Our yoga training involves the meditation, Pranayama, yoga philosophy, and yoga kriya.

The primary focus of our yoga masters is to enhance the skill levels in the students, so in future; they are capable of giving teaching to other peoples about yoga. The course fee of our school includes the accommodation facility, three-time fresh yoga food, and sightseeing to the different places in Rishikesh.

  • 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training course: Our 200-hour course is for the beginner and intermediate students who want to become a certified yoga instructor in future. In this course, we give the training about Hatha Yoga and Ashtanga Yoga which is registered from the Yoga Alliance trainers. Once the student completes this yoga course, we provide them with a certificate of RYT 200 which shows that you are a certified yoga trainer from the registered center of Yoga Alliance USA.
  • 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training course: Learning yoga is a never-ending topic. In yoga, you will learn every time a new thing about yoga. If you think that you have completed the RYT 200 training, then there is another layer of come which is yet to come. If you want more knowledge about yoga, then you can join the RYT 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training. After the RYT 300-hour Yoga course completion, then you will learn much more about yoga and easily teach your students better about traditional yoga in the future.

    • 8:00 AM to 8:30 AM- Breathing and Meditation Practice

    • 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM- Yoga Philosophy Class
    • 12:00 to 1:00 PM- Lunch
    • 2:00PM to 3:15 PM- Relaxation
    • 3:15 PM to 4:00 PM- Tea
    • 4:00 PM to 5:45 PM- Ashtanga Vinyasa
    • 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM- Dinner and Supper
    • 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM- Group Meditation , Guest Lecture and Videos
